Order & pay

How ordering works

Nothing is charged on this website. You send an order, we reply by email to confirm the piece is yours and what the total comes to including delivery, and only then do you pay.

The steps

1.You choose a piece and send your details.
2.We email you to confirm the piece is reserved for you, with the delivery cost and the total.
3.You pay by GoTyme or Maya transfer, quoting your order reference.
4.Your piece is packed and sent with a tracking number, which we email to you.

Ways to pay

GoTyme Bank — transfer from your GoTyme app.
Maya — transfer from your Maya app.
PayPal — being set up; not available yet.

Account details are sent in your confirmation email rather than published here, so you always have them in writing alongside your order reference.

Delivery

Pieces are sent within the Philippines by LBC or J&T, and overseas on request. Every parcel goes with a tracking number. The cost depends on where it is going, so it is quoted for your address and confirmed by email before you pay.

Once your payment has cleared, your piece is prepared and packed carefully — allow at least 2 days before it is posted.

Orders sent outside the Philippines may attract import duties or taxes. These are set by the destination country and are not part of the price or the delivery quote.
